This is so shameful. As the representative of the Dalai Lama and former Prime Minister of the Tibetan government-in-exile in North India, Samdhong Rinpoche during an important meeting was snoozing away. So many participants are there and he is there as a representative of the Dalai Lama.

Tibetan government-in-exile based in the hill station of Dharamsala, North India are run by people like this who have no control over their body and are very feudal. They can only manage to remain alert and sober if there is talk of more aid money coming. They are ‘refugees’ for 60 years and have been receiving millions each year in free aid money which they line their sleep pockets with. Shameful how Samdong Rinpoche was sleeping in the middle of a meeting and he represents the Tibetan government-in-exile and his people in ‘exile’.

This is why after 60 years Tibetan leaders have failed to get Tibet back but blame others for their failures. Shame!
